For this particular project, we had to go through various compliance measures to make sure our work followed stringent industry standards to meet city requirements. The project included housing developments, restaurant and community development.
This complex project included repositioning and expanding a chain of distressed bars and restaurants. The result was a highly regarded brand known for ambiance, menu and repeated best of awards.
Working with the city of Los Angeles, Lantern Brands constructed plans for residential and commercial developments in downtown. We worked on economically and environmentally sustainable options to gentrify the community.
